As a private chef and culinary director for Shiraz Events, Chef Yaniv Cohen has directed events for Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Dior and celebrities including Cindy Crawford and David Bowie. After over a decade of events planning and catering, Chef Yaniv struck out on his own with Jaffa in 2018, bringing his North African and Middle Eastern roots to MIA Market Miami.
